<p>Producing alcohols from cellulosic or lignocellulosic biomass, comprises: e.g. (a) pretreating acid or alkali from a cellulosic or lignocellulosic substrate after obtaining papermaking pulps; (b) washing the pretreated substrate; (c) enzymatic hydrolyzing the washed pretreated substrate, implementing cellulolytic and/or hemicellulolytic enzyme, producing a hydrolyzate and insoluble residue in water; and (d) fermenting ethyl hexose content in the hydrolyzate. Producing alcohols from cellulosic or lignocellulosic biomass, comprises: (a) pretreating acid or alkali from a cellulosic or lignocellulosic substrate after obtaining papermaking pulps; (b) washing the pretreated substrate and setting the pH; (c) enzymatic hydrolyzing the washed pretreated substrate, implementing cellulolytic and/or hemicellulolytic enzyme, producing a hydrolyzate and insoluble residue in water; (d) fermenting ethyl hexose content in the hydrolyzate from the step (c) in ethanol by an alcoholic microorganism and obtained ethyl hexose; (e) separating and purifying the alcohol from step (d) and separating a solid cake containing the insoluble residue and obtaining liquors; and (f) fermenting ethyl pentose content in at least one of the flows obtained in the previous steps by microorganism fermentation of pentoses and obtaining ethyl pentose, where at least one part of the ethyl pentose obtained in the step (f) is recycled upstream of at least one of enzymatic hydrolysis and/or alcoholic fermentation.</p> |
