PURPOSE: An integrated circuit is provided to prevent a data loss included in an output signal outputted from an input buffer by controlling a driving force of an ODT circuit according to the level variation of a reference voltage. CONSTITUTION: An ODT circuit(22) drives an input signal with a driving force controlled according to a reference voltage and a code for impedance correction. An input buffer(23) generates an output signal by buffering the input signal in response to the reference voltage. The ODT circuit decreases the level of the input signal if the level of the reference voltage is decreased and increases the level of the input signal if the level of the reference voltage is increased.
