PURPOSE: A measuring apparatus is provided to exhaust foreign materials outside by increasing purge pressure for fluid. CONSTITUTION: A measuring apparatus comprises a measuring module(100) and a purge hood(200). The both ends of the purge hood are opened. The purge hood is connected to the measuring module and fluid is exhausted through an exhaust outlet(270). The purge hood comprises an outer wall(210), an inner wall(220), and a separation space(230). The space is formed between the inner wall and the outer wall. The inner diameter of the purge hood is different in each point. |
