PURPOSE: An insulation tube of a high frequency induction heating device and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent damage due to high temperature by using a cylindrical heat resistant porcelain made of kaoline with ocher. CONSTITUTION: An insulation tube(100) is composed of a cylindrical heat resistant porcelain made of kaoline. The kaoline is mixed with ocher. The upper diameter(D) of the cylindrical heat resistant porcelain is larger than the lower diameter(d) thereof. The surface of the firstly plasticized porcelain is glazed. The glazed porcelain is secondly plasticized. |
