<p>PURPOSE: A light emitting panel, a display device, and an electronic device are provided to reduce change of a pixel circuit by forming a conductive layer with improved conductivity between color filters. CONSTITUTION: An organic electroluminescent device emits EL light to a transparent substrate. A pixel circuit is formed on the transparent substrate. The pixel circuit drives the organic electroluminescent device. A color filter(46) is formed between the transparent substrate and the organic electroluminescent device.
