PURPOSE: A light emitting element classification device and a light emitting element test handler are provided to the accuracy of work for grading tested light emitting elements according to a test result. CONSTITUTION: A classification unit(1) includes an inlet(111) and an outlet(112). The classification unit is combined with a first coupler(12) in a first shaft direction to be rotated. The first coupler is combined with a second coupler(13) in a second shaft direction to be rotated. A moving unit(14) changes a direction which the outlet faces. The moving unit includes a first driving unit rotating the classification unit in the first shaft direction and a second driving unit rotating the first coupler in the second shaft direction.
