PURPOSE: A contents sharing method, a system and a terminal thereof are provided to upload only information which the user desires and arouse interest about contents manufacture by enabling a user to directly generate contents, thereby efficiently using data storing space. CONSTITUTION: A service device(20) provides a resource for generating contents according to a request of a terminal(10). The service device receives upload information about the contents received from the terminal. The service device compares the received upload information and the resource. When a new resource is included in the received upload information, the new resource is stored in a content storing device(40). The service device provides the contents about a transmission request about the contents received from other terminal.
