POLYVINYL ALCOHOL-BASED POLYMERIC FILM AND METHOD FOR PREPARING SAME

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of polyvinylalcohol-based polymer film is provided to not require separation of a polyvinylalcohol-based polymer film until absolute dry, thereby capable of facilitate production of a polyvinylalcohol-based polymer film with minimized retardation, especially in TD direction(lateral direction). CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of polyvinylalcohol-based polymer film comprises a step of extruding raw material solution(10) through an extruder, and coat-drying the extruded material on a support film with a roughness of 1 micron or less. The raw material solution comprises polyvinyl alcohol of which saponification degree is 99 mole% or more, and polymerization degree is 1700 or more. The support film is a polyethylene terephthalate film, a polyethylene naphthalate film, a polycarbonate film, a triacetate cellulose film, or an acrylic film.
