In a refrigerant condenser assembly for a motor-vehicle climate control system, comprising cooling tubes for guiding a refrigerant through them, two collecting tubes for fluidically connecting the cooling tubes a collecting vessel (6) with an upper ceiling wall (21) and lower bottom wall (22) and a side wall (20), which collecting vessel (6) encloses a storage chamber (11), and with an inlet opening (18) for introducing the refrigerant into the collecting vessel (6) and an outlet opening (19) for discharging the refrigerant out of the collecting vessel (6), with the result that the collecting vessel (6) is connected fluidically to the header tube (5) and/or the cooling tubes (2) by the inlet and outlet openings (18, 19), the storage chamber (11) has a volume through which flow passes, wherein the volume through which flow passes is a flow space (12) of the refrigerant as part of the storage chamber (11) below the inlet opening (18) of the refrigerant for a flow of the refrigerant from the inlet opening (18) to the outlet opening (19), the cooling tubes preferably have an overheating region for cooling the vaporous refrigerant, a condensation region for condensing the refrigerant and an undercooling region for cooling the liquid refrigerant, there is to be little refrigerant in the flow space (12) in the collecting vessel (6). This problem is solved by virtue of the fact that the volume of the flow space (12) is less than 90%, 70%, 50%, 30% or 10% of the volume of the storage chamber (11) below the inlet opening.
