PURPOSE: A liquid crystal display cell inspecting device is provided to completely and electrically connect an inspector with a computer with a palette of a display cell. CONSTITUTION: A control power supply unit(230) generates control power for operating a computer unit, an image restoring unit, and an image generating unit. A control communication unit(240) transmits a control signal to the image generating unit of a palette unit. An image compressing unit(250) converts an inspected image into an image compression signal to transmit the inspected image to the image restoring unit of the palette unit. A second connector(180) has second contact points. The second connector outputs the image compression signal, operating power, control power, and the control signal through the second contact points.
