<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image blur correction device capable of increasing the drive efficiency of an actuator driving a movable member, decreasing the drive load of the actuator, and improving the positioning accuracy of the movable member. <P>SOLUTION: The image blur correction device includes a moving member 102 supported to be movable in a Y direction with respect to a fixed base plate 101, an actuator 103 driving the moving member 102 in the Y direction, a moving member 105 supported to be movable in a P direction with respect to the fixed base plate 101, an actuator 106 driving the moving member 105 in the P direction, and a movable member 110 including a correction lens 108 correcting an image blur and moved in the Y direction together with the moving member 102 and in the P direction together with the moving member 105. When the movable member 110 is moved in the P direction together with the moving member 105, the movable member 110 is moved in the P direction by the rolling support of a ball 111 with respect to the moving member 102.
