FLAKING MACHINE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a flaking machine capable of achieving automatic adjustment of a charge rate from a melting furnace.

SOLUTION: The flaking machine includes: a turn table 2 with a top face inclined in a radial direction; a raw material supply source 1 for supplying raw material to the turn table 2; and a charge rate control device C for controlling the charge rate of the raw material supply source 1. The charge rate control device C includes: a charge rate adjusting machine 6 for adjusting the charge rate of the raw material supply source; a camera 4 for photographing the turn table; and an arithmetic machine 5 that calculates the charge rate of the raw material supply source from an area of a raw material portion in a photographed image of the camera 4 and gives an adjustment instruction to the charge rate adjusting machine based on the calculation result. A raw material coagulation body with a uniform thickness can be obtained on the top face of the turn table 2. By calculating an area of the raw material coagulation body, the charge rate of the raw material supply source can be obtained to simplify the charge rate control device C.
