<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tomosynthesis imaging apparatus that obtains a better quality tomographic image of a breast by performing a plurality of X-ray irradiation while arcuately moving. <P>SOLUTION: A mammographic apparatus includes: a radiation image detector that detects a mammographic image; an X-ray irradiation unit that is provided facing the radiation image detector and emits an X-ray from a plurality of irradiation directions while moving arcuately; a detector that detects a thickness of a mammary object to be photographed; and a control unit that controls an X-ray dosage to be emitted from in an irradiation direction θ so that the X-ray dosage entering a radiographic image detector 241 according to the irradiation direction θ and a thickness b of the object becomes constant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
