<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a nucleic acid separation method and nucleic acid separation composition using a particulate substance. <P>SOLUTION: By adding a particulate substance to a process of coagulating and precipitating protein modified aggregates and cell debris particles, insoluble aggregates are coagulated and precipitated at the most rapid time to shorten the separation time of the nucleic acid and to increase the nucleic acid separation yield. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
