<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to more reliably reply to an incoming call unanswered or an email not replied. <P>SOLUTION: A communication terminal 1 makes a phone call to, when there is an incoming call unanswered, a source of the call, or replies, when there is an email not replied, to a source of the email. The communication terminal 1 comprises a storage part 12 for storing an operation history including at least an operation time as a history of operation by a user in a his/her own terminal, a determination part 13 for determining a notification time when a notification is performed on the basis of the operation history stored by the storage part 12, and a notification part 14 for performing the notification at the notification time determined by the determination part 13.
