<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quarantine management device, a quarantine system, a quarantine management method, and a program capable of securing security, reducing introduction costs, and reducing operational burdens. <P>SOLUTION: To quarantine PCs 3 and 7 connected to a LAN 2, a quarantine management device 1 comprises an access control part 11 for transmitting a duplication response to the PCs 3 and 7 when detecting an ARP request from the PCs 3 and 7, and acquiring a link local address for physically and logically enabling only communication on a single link to communicate with the quarantine management device 1; and a security policy confirmation part 12 for determining whether the PCs 3 and 7 introduce a quarantine agent 5 for protecting the LAN 2 via the link local address, and for confirming possibility of adaptation of the security policy when the quarantine agent 5 is introduced as a result of the determination.
