<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a comfortable note technique and a filing technique, by quickly and easily enabling free attaching/detaching, page editing, binder movement to rings of various blanks and sheets without opening/closing a binder. <P>SOLUTION: (1) Cutouts (notches, opening parts) for easily attaching and detaching from rings and pipes to punched holes of the blanks, sheets, or the like are formed, (2) set seals with adhesive having notched holes for attaching and detaching is fed to the documents and sheets without punched holes, (3) A resilient comb-shaped PP resin sheet or others provided with wide notches is located under the blanks, is flipped up, overlaps upward, and is pushed in for attaching and detaching the blanks, sheets or others. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
