The sensor has two planes (2, 3) that are arranged parallel to each other. Each plane including two dielectric layers that are applied with an electrical conductive and transparent material in a particular pattern in such a manner that capacitive nodes are vertically formed according to a principle of a plate capacitor toward to the planes. The planes are separated from each other by a dielectric material in the form of gas or gas mixture having low dielectric constant or by air or vacuum according to DIN 28400-1.
