<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an integrated circuit device that can be equipped near an electro-optical panel by reducing the capacity of a waveform memory that stores waveform information which is set for each environmental information such as temperature. <P>SOLUTION: An integrated circuit device 100 includes: a driving voltage output section 150 that updates an image of an electro-optical panel; a waveform information storage section 120 that stores driving waveform information; driving waveform information output sections 130 and 140 that output, to the driving voltage output section, driving waveform information selected from the waveform information storage section; and an acquiring section 170 that acquires environmental information. The waveform information storage section 120 includes at least one basic waveform table that stores basic waveform data and an environmental information/driving condition table that sets different plural driving conditions for pieces of environmental information for the basic waveform data.
