<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a release film, which does not need any fluorine-based organic solvent, can prevent a release agent component from a transition even if no fluorine-based organic solvent is used, and has a fluorine-based release layer able to be used as a release layer with an easy-to-peel release-layer surface. <P>SOLUTION: The release film having the release layer containing a silicone resin having a trifluoropropyl group unit is provided.
