<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aircraft capable of hovering, which can improve flying safety, can expand a fuel region so as to make a longer mission possible, and can largely improve speed and acceleration performance under a particularly sever, for example, high-altitude flying condition. <P>SOLUTION: The aircraft 1 capable of hovering has a drive means 7 and at least one exhaust duct 8 connected to an outlet of the drive means 7, and discharges an exhaust gas generated by fuel combustion from the aircraft.
