<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light guide plate for a virtual image display that is capable of preventing generation of striped unevenness in an image when image light is drawn, and to provide a virtual image display including the light guide plate. <P>SOLUTION: An image drawing section 23 includes reflection units 23u in which reflection unit sections 23c which are divided sections in a predetermined axis direction (Y direction) are arranged to be displaced from one another with regard to a light guide direction (z direction). Hence, it is possible to prevent gaps BD in the light flux that are divided and drawn from the reflection units 23u from causing striped luminance unevenness in an image.
