<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To guarantee transmitting packets from a network according to the reception order of the packets to all users geographically separated by preventing time stamp arrogation by a user. <P>SOLUTION: Each communication device 10 in a network within a management responsible range 2 of a carrier to which an access from a user is difficult is realized with a unique function of adding a time stamp. In order to prevent time stamp arrogation by a user outside of the management responsible range 2, if a packet having time stamp added by a subscriber 100 is received, each communication device 10 located in the network within the management responsible range 2 nullifies the time stamp and restores the packet putting in the time stamp of the packet from the subscriber when the packet is transferred to the outside of the management responsible range 2. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
