<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a speaker-equipped mobile apparatus capable of improving convenience in the use state of the mobile apparatus by arranging stands in a housing itself, and also improving an acoustic stereo effect with two speakers by allowing the stands to incorporate the two speakers. <P>SOLUTION: Stands 20 are arranged in a housing 10. The stands 20 are formed by a pair of right and left plate piece shape members 21, 21 to be rocked between in-housing storage postures and housing support postures with the portions close to the center part of the housing 10 as fulcrums P1, P2. Speakers 12, 12 are incorporated in the free ends of the plate piece shape members 21, 21.
