<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve certainty of message transmission/reception between applications. <P>SOLUTION: When a gadget for issuing (transmitting) a message performs an issue after completing an initialization, the gadget stores the message once in a message queue (S44). Later, out of gadgets for subscribing (receiving) the message, a gadget which does not transmit a message from the message queue is sequentially selected (S45). When the selected gadget is initialized and subscribed (S46-S49), the massage is taken out from the message queue (S50) and is transmitted to the selected gadget (S51).
