<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide enhanced safety to a near object located outside the boundary of the operation range of a laser sensing system by controlling the transmission of a non-eye-safe laser signal from the laser sensing system. <P>SOLUTION: A system for controlling signal emission includes: a signal unit for transmitting a signal including an operation range for which the system collides with an intended target by a transmitted signal, and a range unit for determining the range of an object, controlling the transmission of a signal on the basis of the determined range, and preventing the transmission of the signal from being executed in response to the determined range of the object existing outside the operation range. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
