<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an endoscope apparatus facilitating the insertion of an insert section into a small-diameter lumen such as pancreatic and bile ducts. <P>SOLUTION: The insert section 14 of an endoscope 10 includes a small-diameter distal-side insert section 44 successively mounted at a distal side of a proximal-side insert section 42 of a proximal side. The insert section 14 includes two bending sections, and the proximal-side insert section 42 and the distal-side insert section 44 are formed with a first bending section 34 and a second bending section 38 respectively. The first bending section 34 bends in four directions by the operation of angle knobs 18 and 20. For the diameter reduction of the distal-side insert section 44, the second bending section 38 is configured to bend only in one direction by the operation of an angle lever 22. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
