Provided is an elevator group management system that can perform suitable service so as to enable a passenger to arrive at a desired floor more quickly in a double-deck elevator that performs double service in at least one service direction. A boarding control panel via which a passenger enters a desired floor is disposed in a predetermined elevator boarding location. In a case where a floor prohibited from being served by a car stopped at the boarding location is entered from the boarding control panel as the desired floor, the group management device registers, as the car destination floor, the floor preceding or following the desired floor entered via the boarding location control panel. |
