METHOD OF SEPARATION AND MANAGEMENT OF THE TWO PHASE OLIVE POMACE

A method of separation and management of the two phase olive pomace, which is applied during the operation of the olive oil mill, where there is used a horizontal centrifuge (decanter) in two phases or after the storage and the transfer of the two phase olive pomace of high humidity. The application of the method includes the "Press Screw Separator" within the production procedure of the olive oil mill or in different installations, for the production of the low humidity solid olive pomace and pure olive paste, free of remains of pit, skin and irrelevant material.
