Provided is a thermostatic biogas tank made of glass fiber reinforced plastics, which comprises a gas accumulating chamber and a fermentation chamber, a feed pipe and a gas outlet pipe which are connected to the gas accumulating chamber. In the fermentation chamber, there is a thermostatic device, which is located on the bottom of the fermentation chamber and connected permanently to the inner wall of the fermentation chamber. The thermostatic device comprises a thermostatic groove, a thermostatic liquid media,a temperature sensor, a temperature controller, and a semiconductor cooler. The thermostatic liquid media is located in the thermostatic groove; the temperature sensor is located in the thermostatic liquid media, and the temperature sensor is connected electronically to the temperature controller; the semiconductor cooler is also located in the thermostatic groove, and the semiconductor cooler is connected electronically to the temperature controller.
