<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily cosmetic for eyelashes excellent in smooth spreadability when applied, voluminous eyelashes-affording effect, glossy eyelashes-affording feeling, and makeup sustainability. <P>SOLUTION: The oily cosmetic for eyelashes is provided, which is characterized in being prepared by compounding the following components (A) to (C) together: (A) dimethiconol 100,000 mPa s or higher in viscosity at 25°C, (B) an N-acyllysine, and (C) a film-forming organosilicone resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
