<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide electronic equipment capable of improving assemblability. <P>SOLUTION: According to an embodiment, electronic equipment comprises a circuit board on which a connector is mounted, a first component, and a second component. The first component comprises a first wall having an operation surface thereon, a second wall extending from a first end of the first wall and having an area in which the connector is exposed, and a third wall extending from a second end located on an opposite side of the first end of the first wall and opposed to the second wall.
