<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an electronic control apparatus which enables the size reduction, high output, and long life. <P>SOLUTION: An electronic control apparatus according to this invention includes: a housing 3 having openings at both end parts and made of an insulation resin; a heat sink 5 attached to the one end part of the housing 3 and allowing a semiconductor switching element 2 to be mounted on a surface at the housing 3 side; and a circuit board 4 provided so as to face the heat sink 5. Multiple small current components including a microcomputer 41 controlling driving of the semiconductor switching element 2 are mounted on one surface of the circuit board 4, and multiple large current components including a capacitor absorbing ripples of a current flowing through the semiconductor switching element 2 are mounted on the other surface of the circuit board 4. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
