<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable the automatic assembly of a shaft assembly of a swash plate type fluid machine irrespective of presence/absence of a center hole in a piston end face. <P>SOLUTION: Using an assembly assembling apparatus A1, the shaft assembly S is assembled in which a plurality of pistons 2 are mounted on the periphery of a swash plate 3b through a shoe 4. The assembling apparatus A1 includes a shaft supporting part 41 to support a shaft 3 having a swash plate 3b in the vertical attitude, a guide member 20, a shoe built-in mechanism 30, a dolly 10 to transport the pistons 2 in the vertical attitude, and a piston holding part 41a to hold the pistons 2 led to the outer periphery of the swash plate 3b in the vertical attitude in the equally arranged positioning along the circumferential direction of the swash plate. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
