<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle data analyzing device that specifies vehicle data to be diagnosed with high accuracy without using a data model, and to provide a vehicle data analyzing method and a fault diagnostic device using the vehicle data analyzing device. <P>SOLUTION: The fault diagnostic device 200 for diagnosing a fault of a vehicle C comprises a calculation part 231 that exposes fluctuation of data included in control data obtained from vehicle control devices 110 of the vehicle C when a mechanical or control failure occurs in a vehicle control system.
