<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel oil composition for a diesel engine, suppressed in crystal deposition in a fuel oil in the storage at a temperature of the cloud point or higher, which causes a problem when a fatty acid alkyl ester fuel is mixed with a light oil base material used in a fuel oil for a diesel engine and is used. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel oil composition for a diesel engine is made by mixing (a) a light oil base material having a distillation property of a 10-vol% distillation temperature of 180 to 235°C and a 90-vol% distillation temperature of 280 to 350°C, and a sulfur content of ≤10 ppm by mass, a saturation content of 70 to 86 vol%, an aromatic content of 14 to 30 vol%, wherein the content of bicyclic aromatics in the aromatic content is ≤3.0 vol% and the content of tri- or more polycyclic aromatics is ≤0.5 vol%, and an aniline point of 45 to 85°C and a kauri-butanol value of 22 to 50 with (b) 0.1 to 5.0 mass% of a fatty acid alkyl ester having the total content of mono-, di- and triglycerides of 0.01 to 1.0 mass%, wherein the diglyceride content therein is 0 to 0.3 mass% and the triglyceride content is 0 to 0.1 mass%, and a kauri-butanol value of 50 to 65. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
