Provided is an electronic apparatus wherein an operation voltage of a built-in semiconductor integrated circuit can be suppressed low. An electronic apparatus (1) includes a power supply circuit (13), a semiconductor integrated circuit (10), which operates with a supply voltage supplied from the power supply circuit (13), and a temperature sensor (11), which measures a temperature of the semiconductor integrated circuit (10). The power supply circuit (13) reduces the supply voltage corresponding to an increase of a measured temperature.
