<p>A constitution that reduces the size of light intensity data is provided in a scanning molecular counting method that uses optical measurements by a confocal microscope or a multiphoton microscope. The photoanalysis techniques that detect the light of light emitting particles in a sample solution according to the present invention generate time series light intensity data for light from a light detection region detected while moving the light detection region of the microscope within the sample solution and detect the signals of light emitting particles in the time series intensity data individually. The present invention is characterized by regions in which a signal representing the light of the light emitting particles in the time series light intensity data is not present being eliminated from the time series light intensity data at this time.</p> |
