<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hemostatis valve, a hemostatis device and a method for using them. <P>SOLUTION: A hemostatis valve device is used when an intervention device is inserted into an intracorporeal lumen of a patient. The hemostatis valve device (10) includes a housing (12) and forms a ventricle between a first end opening (30) and a second end opening (32). In the ventricle, a valve structure (40) is disposed to form a diameter-variable flow path (50) for housing the intervention device (24). An annular chamber (60) is formed between the valve structure and the inside of the housing, the annular chamber is filled with fluid (62). The housing is movable between a first position and a second position so that a volume of the ventricle and a diameter of the flow path changes to a degree where the valve structure forms a seal along the intervention device that is inserted into the flow path.
