<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing BaTi<SB POS="POST">2</SB>O<SB POS="POST">5</SB>-based composite oxide using a solid phase reaction which can reduce production cost without requiring a plurality of firing operations. <P>SOLUTION: The method includes: a preparation step of mixing a raw material consisting of BaTiO<SB POS="POST">3</SB>and TiO<SB POS="POST">2</SB>to make an atomic mass ratio Ti/Ba within a range of 1.8-2.2; a mix and pulverization step of mixing and atomizing the raw material to form a crushed product with an average particle diameter of 10-650 nm; and a firing step of heating the crushed product at ≥850°C and <1,000°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
