<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coupling structure which reduces noise due to vibration of housings in a structure where multiple housings, such as control units, are coupled to an excitation source such as an electric motor through gaps. <P>SOLUTION: An electric motor 1 serving as an excitation source is coupled to an inverter 2 and a DC/DC converter 3, which are directly or indirectly connected to the electric motor 1, with a coupling structure.
