<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a collector which has low penetration resistance and small temporal changes in the penetration resistance, and is used for an electrochemical element such as a secondary battery and an electric double-layer capacitor, a solar battery, a touch panel and the like. <P>SOLUTION: The collector for an electrochemical element is manufactured by the steps of: preparing a raw material of an aluminum foil; washing a surface of the raw material of the aluminum foil by using chemical such as hydrochloric acid, a nitric-acid aqueous solution, a sulfuric-acid aqueous solution, an aqueous solution of an alkali metal hydroxide, an aqueous solution of an alkaline earth metal hydroxide and the like, which can dissolve aluminum therein; and then heat-treating the aluminum foil at 70-200°C as needed and/or forming a coating film containing a conductive material on one side or both sides of the aluminum foil. The collector comprises the aluminum foil which has peaks in a range of 945 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>-962 cm<SP POS="POST">-1</SP>when a surface layer thereof is measured with Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
