摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for dyeing an object and preparing the object for research and computer analysis of results. <P>SOLUTION: A nanoscopy method is provided, comprising: a process of dyeing an object with a non-fluorescent material; a production process of modifying the molecule of the non-fluorescent material to be such a molecule that can emit fluorescent light by excitation; an excitation process of exciting the modified molecule to emit fluorescent light; and a recording process of optically capturing the dyed object by a detection device in each frame, recording the fluorescent molecule in the frame by at least one detection device as a spot having a size depending on diffraction, and storing the recorded frame in a memory medium.
