<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a switching device capable of achieving adjustment of a delay amount between an active system and a redundant system by a circuit configuration with low power consumption on a small scale in applying to a high-speed optical network of, for example, not less than a transmission rate of 40 Gb/s. <P>SOLUTION: The switching device, switching either one of an input first transmission signal and an input second transmission signal to the other for outputting, includes delay amount adjusting means that adjusts a delay amount between the first transmission signal and the second transmission signal using an offset clock signal in which an offset based on the delay amount is given to a clock signal. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
