<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inspection method that can discriminate whether there is a problem in the sealed state of a heat-sealed soft package with nothing contained inside, in a short time by using a comparatively simple method. <P>SOLUTION: The inspection method allows a heat-sealed part and a heat-unsealed part to be discriminated because the heat-sealed part comes out light by many cameras while the heat-unsealed part looks light only by few cameras by photographing reflected light 4 from an inspection object 3 by cameras using an illumination light source 1 emitting convergent light 2 with little diffusion, and a plurality of cameras 5-7 utilizing the difference of diffusion characteristics of reflected light between the heat-sealed part and the heat-unsealed part. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
