<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an infrared reflection film having high infrared reflectivity and high visible light transmitting properties and improved in infrared diffusion reflectivity, and to provide a method for manufacturing the infrared reflection film. <P>SOLUTION: The infrared reflection film includes at least a light transmitting base material, a first layer provided on the light transmitting base material, and a second layer provided on the first layer and having a lower refractive index than the first layer. The infrared reflection film is configured to have a particle layer in an interface region between the first and second layers. The infrared reflection film can be manufactured by a method including: a first process for layering at least two kinds of solutions, a first layer forming solution to be applied onto the light transmitting base material, and a second layer forming solution to be applied onto the first layer forming solution; a second process for applying the solutions layered in the first process, onto the light transmitting base material; and a third process for drying the solutions applied onto the light transmitting base material. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
