The invention relates to electrical engineering and can be used for measuring an AC high voltage in sulfur hexafluoride unitized distribution devices (SF6-UDDs). The technical result of the invention consists in increasing the accuracy for setting the required division factor and increasing the convenience in use. The capacitive voltage divider comprises a high-voltage electrical conductor (1) and a metal sheath coaxial thereto and having sections (2) to be grounded and an insulated section (3). The section (3) is equipped with a terminal (4). The metal sheath is filled with an insulating medium (5) and is surrounded by an electrode (6) to be grounded. The insulated section (3) is separated from the sections (2) to be grounded by insulating inserts (7) and from the electrode (6) to be grounded by a lining (8) consisting of a solid dielectric. A metal shield (9) is fixed to the sections (2) to be grounded of the metal sheath.
