<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding lighting system which can supply power to a light-emitting part in a manner not to be conspicuous from the outside while being foldable and in which a jointing part of panels is not conspicuous. <P>SOLUTION: When there is a gap between light-emitting layers 11 of adjoining panels 10, the light volume in the jointing part may be deteriorated, however, since a part of emitting light is reflected at the emission surface 14a and emitted from an end face 14b of a transparent plate 14, and, then, is reflected at a flexible printed-circuit board FPC, such deterioration of the light amount can be compensated, and the jointing part can be made inconspicuous when light-emission of the panels 10.
