<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a motor-driven compressor having a cluster block which is unlikely to slip off a stator core. <P>SOLUTION: The stator core 26 includes an insertion hole 45 that has an opening in the outer peripheral surface of the stator core 26 and a bent portion in the stator core 26. A cluster block 61 includes an insertion piece 62, which is inserted into the insertion hole 45 via the bent portion.
