<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a measuring device and a measuring method capable of simply and highly accurately measuring brightness of an organic EL panel by removing shading influence in emission intensity measurement per cell. <P>SOLUTION: A device for measuring an organic EL panel brightness includes: moving means for moving an organic EL panel of an active matrix method on an XY plane; emission means for causing the organic EL panel to emit light; imaging means for converting the emission to an electric signal to generate image data; image processing means for arithmetically processing the image data obtained by the imaging means; and means for performing correction processing for measured emission intensity values of cells (minimum unit of panel configuration) which constitute the organic EL panel. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
